oktk may, at its sole discretion and at any point in the account lifecycle, require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include submission of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card or passport) and proof of mobile wallet ownership. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is completed to the satisfaction of oktk's compliance team.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. oktk will never contact you by any channel to request your password. You must notify oktk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. Any Bets placed or transactions conducted through your Account prior to oktk receiving written notice of unauthorised access remain your sole responsibility.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. By depositing funds into your oktk Account, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. The use of funds obtained through illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities where required.
Withdrawals are processed back to the same mobile wallet used for the original deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Withdrawal to a different payment method or a different account holder name than the registered Player is not permitted.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance reaches the minimum amount.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the oktk payments team within 24 hours of submission under standard conditions. Complex requests or those requiring additional verification may take up to 72 hours. oktk will communicate any delay to the Player via the registered contact details on the Account.
oktk reserves the right to require completion of the KYC verification process prior to processing any withdrawal request. Where Bonus Funds have been used, all applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before the withdrawal is approved.
Withdrawals may be delayed, suspended, or refused where oktk has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, a breach of these Terms, or where an Account is under active investigation. Any funds associated with such an investigation may be held pending resolution.

A Bet is accepted and binding only when you receive a confirmation from the oktk platform with a unique bet reference number. oktk reserves the right to decline any Bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed.
All odds are displayed in the format specified in your Account settings. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. In-play (live) odds fluctuate in real time and the odds displayed at the moment you submit your Bet may differ from the odds at the moment of acceptance due to network latency; the accepted odds will be clearly stated in your bet confirmation.
A Bet may be declared void and the stake returned to your Account Balance under the following circumstances: the sporting event is cancelled or postponed beyond the stated settlement deadline; an obvious pricing error is identified; the event does not meet the minimum completion threshold for a market to be settled; or any other circumstance specified in the market-specific rules.
For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers match markets, the following specific rules apply: match winner markets require the match to reach a minimum of one complete over per side to be settled; rain-interrupted matches are settled on the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern result where applicable; tied matches are settled as a void where no draw market was offered, unless a Super Over is played to determine the winner, in which case the Super Over result governs settlement.
